Donald holds an active TS/SCI clearance and an advanced certification portfolio spanning enterprise risk governance, cloud architecture, AI governance, and Zero Trust strategy.

Dr. Xavier Stewart is a distinguished leader in homeland defense, national security, and public health, with a proven track record in combating weapons of mass destruction (CWMD). A retired Brigadier General in the U.S. Army, his career reflects an unwavering commitment to advancing defense strategies, intelligence operations, and emergency preparedness at the highest levels. As Principal of Stewart and Associates, Dr. Stewart provides strategic guidance to the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community, specializing in counter-WMD strategies, risk mitigation, and crisis response. Holding a doctorate in Public Health, Dr. Stewart is a Board-Certified Forensic Examiner, Respiratory Care Practitioner, and Nationally Registered EMT.
