Kokou Donald Daglo is an enterprise risk and cyber executive with 10+ years of experience leading multimillion-dollar portfolios across defense, intelligence, and federal environments. A United States Air Force veteran and Columbia University enterprise risk leader, Donald founded Lumeva on the belief that mission-driven organizations need partners who pair military discipline with enterprise-level technical expertise. His leadership across defense and federal programs has contributed to more than $50M in contract capture, generated over $5M in cost avoidance through risk mitigation, and helped safeguard mission-critical assets valued at more than $100M. Donald holds an active TS/SCI clearance and an advanced certification portfolio spanning enterprise risk governance, cloud architecture, AI governance, and Zero Trust strategy.
Edem Daglo
Lumeva benefits from the disciplined leadership of Vice President Edem Daglo, whose approach to cybersecurity emphasizes operational realism, collaborative problem-solving, and measurable results. An Army veteran and doctorate-trained Cybersecurity professional, his portfolio spans Authorizing Official, Designating Authorizing Representative (AO/DAR) functions, RMF cybersecurity analysis, and cloud security engineering. Holding TS/SCI with CI Poly and bringing mission experience from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Edem fuses governance rigor with modern security architecture to accelerate ATO outcomes, drive Zero Trust adoption, and harden cloud workloads across high-side environments.
Dr. Xavier Stewart
Dr. Xavier Stewart is a distinguished leader in homeland defense, national security, and public health, with a proven track record in combating weapons of mass destruction (CWMD). A retired Brigadier General in the U.S. Army, his career reflects an unwavering commitment to advancing defense strategies, intelligence operations, and emergency preparedness at the highest levels. As Principal of Stewart and Associates, Dr. Stewart provides strategic guidance to the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community, specializing in counter-WMD strategies, risk mitigation, and crisis response. Holding a doctorate in Public Health, Dr. Stewart is a Board-Certified Forensic Examiner, Respiratory Care Practitioner, and Nationally Registered EMT.
